I have had an interest in photography since I did it as an O level in college. I grew up with film. Processing and printing it in my own darkroom. I shot on medium format Mamiya RZ67 and the Olympus OM1's. Today I'm having a hard time with photography. It has become more complicated and can be very expensive. I miss the simplicity of shooting film. I'm getting back into the rhythm of the film days but using digital. I've settled on my equipment and I need to refine my 'digital' process a little more so that I'm not so overwhelmed by it all. My joy comes from taking the photos and processing them. Not from the gear I own—the camera is a tool and nothing more.
